The in-house design system plays a crucial role in fostering user loyalty. By providing a consistent and intuitive user experience across all digital platforms, the design system ensures that users feel comfortable and familiar with the interface, regardless of the specific application or platform they are using. This consistency reduces the learning curve for new users and increases satisfaction among existing users, leading to higher user retention rates.
Moreover, the design system's focus on accessibility and responsiveness ensures that all users, regardless of their abilities or the devices they use, can engage with the digital platforms effectively. This inclusive approach not only broadens the reach of the university's digital platforms but also fosters a sense of belonging among users. When users feel valued and catered to, they are more likely to remain loyal to the platform. Thus, the in-house design system is a powerful tool for increasing user loyalty.
